Responsibilities

• Advise on technology and software agreements
• Advise on outsourcing and managed services arrangements
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts
• Address consumer law considerations in relevant matters
• Work on FinTech and payments topics
• Handle telecommunications matters and related regulatory issues
• Engage in cross-border projects with UK and international teams
• Pursue client development and potential secondments to gain in-house experience

Key requirements

• 1–5 years' PQE in technology, commercial contracts or outsourcing
• Experience advising on commercial and technology-related agreements
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
