HR Leader (Manufacturing)

Overview

As HR Leader in manufacturing, you will anchor the people strategy within a complex global matrix. You’ll stabilize the workforce, boost engagement, and navigate a unionized, blue-collar, shift-based environment. You’ll reintegrate the site into Elanco’s HR framework, align policies and benefits, and partner with union stakeholders to manage negotiations. You’ll drive efficiency via multiskilling and support HRIS migrations, including Workday, to enable scalable people processes. This role offers a chance to shape the employee experience and contribute to a global, inclusive manufacturing culture.

Responsibilities

• Support reintegration of the site into Elanco’s global HR framework, aligning policies, procedures, and benefits
• Lead initiatives to enhance the employee experience leveraging wider Elanco resources for talent development
• Build relationships with union stakeholders (Unite and Usdaw) and manage negotiations
• Transition HR services to global service centers and support Workday integration from legacy systems
• Drive efficiencies through multiskilling programs and optimize workforce costs while maintaining high engagement and productivity

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of experience
• Proven track record of HR leadership in unionized manufacturing environments
