Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end rooftop project delivery from site visits to commercial operation
• Oversee portfolios of solar, battery storage, and EV charging projects
• Manage client relationships, contractors, and grid operators for smooth delivery
• Drive projects to completion on time, on budget, and to high industry standards
• Optimize performance and client ROI across multiple energy projects
• Provide strategic oversight ensuring projects align with broader business goals

Key requirements

• Strong background in renewable energy with rooftop solar PV (must have), battery storage and EV charging
• Expertise in programme, project, or construction management
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets, contracts, and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and internal teams
