Contract Manager – Partnerships SE London

Overview

In this role you will manage multiple housing projects for a well-established SME housing developer. You will oversee site operations across 4–6 sites, ensuring quality and safety while maintaining strong subcontractor relationships. You will coordinate meetings, oversee contractor reports, and drive efficient site delivery with autonomy. This position offers continuity of work in a hands-on, contractor-friendly environment focused on delivering housing schemes and apartments. You will work to sustain trusted partnerships and deliver high-quality results with a fair but firm approach.

Responsibilities

• General running of all sites
• Quality control inspections
• Coordination of meetings
• Contractors reports
• Health & Safety
• Maintain the existing relationships with sub-contractors

Key requirements

• Experience delivering housing schemes
• Experience of managing site managers and project managers
• Background from developer or contractor welcomed
• Ability to run multiple housing projects simultaneously
• Based in SE London, North Kent or around M25 Essex (travel to sites)
