Overview

In this role you will manage a broad private client case load and contribute to the firm’s reputation. You will handle wills, LPAs, probate, trusts, and estate administration, plus Court of Protection work, in a dynamic regional firm. You will play an active part in business development, using marketing and networking to grow relationships and client portfolios. You will work in a supportive, professional environment that values client-focused, high-quality delivery and Lexcel-aligned practice. Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of private client matters (wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate, trusts, estate administration)
• Handle Court of Protection work
• Drive business development through marketing, social media, and networking to grow client relationships and portfolio
• Maintain high-quality work aligned with Lexcel standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen the firm’s reputation and client base

Key requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ PQE
• Strong technical expertise in private client matters
• Ability to produce high-quality work in line with Lexcel requirements
