In this role you will lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce-driven initiatives and broader enterprise platforms. You will translate business outcomes into cohesive architectures spanning customer engagement, quoting, ordering, fulfilment and service operations. You’ll balance security, resilience, and cost while guiding integration with SAP, ServiceNow, Genesys and Azure. This is a chance to shape Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud within a larger digital transformation effort. You’ll work with stakeholders and delivery teams to drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities
Lead solution architecture for Salesforce initiatives with end-to-end accountability
Translate business outcomes into architectures across customer engagement, quoting, ordering, fulfilment, billing and service operations
Assess options and allocate capabilities, data ownership and process ownership across Salesforce and other platforms
Shape Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud evolution within the commercial landscape
Define secure, scalable, maintainable integrations and non-functional requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders across SAP, ServiceNow, Genesys, Azure, Data, Security and Integration
Produce architecture options and governance aligned with designs and standards
Ensure clear operational ownership and promote configuration reuse over unnecessary customization
Key requirements
Significant Salesforce solution architecture experience including security, data modelling, automation, integration and scalable design
Hands-on with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ or Revenue Cloud
Experience designing end-to-end solutions across multiple enterprise platforms and making capability-placement decisions
Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and trade-offs
Experience defining non-functional requirements and guiding design and delivery
Ability to challenge assumptions, influence stakeholders and communicate complex decisions clearly
