Overview

As a Transaction Services Senior Manager, you will lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence for corporate and financial buyers, shaping advisory offerings across the South West and West Midlands. You’ll work with partners and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engagements, manage client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand services. This role combines leadership, client development, and technical diligence expertise to support informed investment decisions in a growing practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver due diligence engagements ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget control
• Act as primary client contact and nurture long-term relationships
• Manage multiple projects, identify issues and value-adding opportunities
• Support development of the Transaction Services proposition regionally
• Contribute to business development, build intermediary networks and participate in tenders
• Develop client relationships to expand the firm’s service offering and generate new business
• Coach and manage junior team members with feedback and performance reviews
• Collaborate with Partners, Directors and colleagues to deliver integrated client solutions
• Share technical knowledge and establish as a Corporate Finance specialist internally and externally
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across the firm’s services

Key requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong people management and coaching skills
• Excellent communicator with relationship-building ability
• Commercial mindset with ability to spot client opportunities
