Associate Director

Overview

In this role you lead the market-entry effort for a professional marketing recruitment brand expanding into Leeds and the North of England. You will drive new business development, build lasting client and candidate relationships, and ultimately shape the local strategy with full P&L responsibility. The position is hands-on, with responsibility for daily activity and, over time, building a recruiting team. This is a growth-focused opportunity aligned with a planned Autumn 2026 Leeds launch and regional expansion.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new and existing client opportunities in the West Yorkshire area
• Lead day-to-day recruitment activity and coach a growing team
• Take full P&L ownership and develop forward-looking strategy
• Build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates
• Support market entry efforts and drive regional expansion into the North of England

Key requirements

• In-depth experience in a professional marketing-biased recruitment business
• Proven ability to motivate, lead and coach teams
• Strong track record of client and candidate relationship-building
• Ambitious, highly motivated with a solid history of success
