Overview

In this role you drive regional business development for Europe and the UK, sourcing and closing complex loyalty partnerships with airlines, hotel groups, and financial institutions. You translate product integration into business value and lead high-stakes negotiations while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You leverage AI-enabled workflows to focus on strategic deals and executive relationships. This is a global, autonomous role shaping loyalty and exchange capabilities across markets.

Responsibilities

• Source and execute complex partnership deals with airlines, hotels, and financial institutions across Europe and the UK
• Expand Point Exchange footprint and Loyalty Currency Retailing initiatives
• Lead from cold outreach to contract signature and hand off to project management
• Translate integration specs into business value and negotiate with cross-functional teams
• Leverage AI-enabled workflows for partner research and account intelligence while focusing on negotiations and executive relationships

Key requirements

• deep expertise in travel loyalty, credit card point transfers, or reward program economics
• full ownership of the sales lifecycle and experience in technical discussions and closing multi-stakeholder deals
• active network across European loyalty programs, regional airlines, and major card issuers or retail banks
• experience with AI workflows and automation to reduce manual work
