Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality flood modelling and hydrology projects
Carry out technical and administrative tasks related to groundwater investigations and hydrological studies
Contribute to broader hydrology assignments under guidance from senior staff
Analyze hydrological/environmental data and develop models; prepare technical reports
Monitor data to assess upstream impacts and ensure compliance with permits/regulations

Key requirements

Bachelor in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
Experience in hydraulic and hydrological modelling (e.g., HEC-RAS, TUFLOW, MIKE FLOOD, InfoWorks ICM)
Strong understanding of flood risk, drainage, and river processes
Proficiency in GIS (ArcGIS or QGIS)
Experience analysing large datasets and preparing technical reports
Knowledge of flood risk regulations, planning policy, and environmental standards
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and in multidisciplinary teams
