Site Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead residential construction projects for a reputable house builder, delivering traditional 2–4 bedroom townhouses from inception to completion. You will work within a project team on multiple units, ensuring quality and timely delivery while upholding the company’s strong reputation. Responsibilities

• Oversee residential construction sites from start to finish
• Manage traditional build townhouses and ensure timely delivery
• Lead on-site teams and subcontractors to meet quality standards
• Coordinate with design, procurement and construction teams
• Maintain health & safety compliance and site logistics
• Report progress to senior management and stakeholders

Key requirements

• 5 years’ experience as an Assistant Manager
• 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager
• Construction management degree or similar qualification
• Construction developer experience
• Proven track record delivering projects from inception to completion
• Experience on large residential schemes
• Traditional build experience is essential
• CSCS Card
• SMSTS certificate
• First Aid Certificate
