As AI Transformation Manager, you will lead the adoption of AI across Legal, Risk and . You’ll shape the transformation roadmap, prioritize high-value AI use cases, and re-engineer workflows for faster, higher‑quality outcomes. Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the AI transformation roadmap (people, processes, technology)
• Identify, prioritise and deploy high-value AI use cases, starting with quick wins
• Re-engineer workflows with Legal, Risk and Compliance leads to improve quality, speed and consistency
• Build AI fluency through change management, training and hands-on guidance
• Design and deploy AI-powered self-service mechanisms for routine legal, risk and compliance requests

Key requirements

• Strong background in Legal, Risk or Compliance with led tech or operational transformations
• Solid understanding of generative AI, CLM AI and Legal AI tools
• Track record of gathering cross-functional stakeholders and turning goals into actionable execution
• Ability to drive user adoption and foster a culture of continuous learning
