Responsibilities

• Lead fire surveys & assessments across existing building stock
• Provide technical fire strategy & compliance advisory
• Carry out intrusive and non-intrusive facade/ETW inspections
• Produce detailed technical reports with remedial actions
• Coordinate with fire engineers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver remediation projects

Key requirements

• Degree-level qualification in architecture
• 10+ years’ experience leading fire surveys, risk assessments, and fire compliance reviews
• Based within a commutable distance of London
• Extensive experience in UK construction with strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and fire safety standards
