Managing Principal (Director) - Trade & Transaction Reporting

In this role, you will lead Capco’s Trade & Transaction Reporting capability within FRRF, guiding multi-jurisdictional regulatory change programs. You will partner with global banks to enhance reporting controls, data quality, and governance while championing AI-enabled workflows and responsible AI practices. You’ll shape the design of reporting architectures and lead strategic client relationships, delivering transformational programs at scale. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end trade and transaction reporting transformation programs across multiple global regimes
• Advise on regulatory implementation, remediation, and control optimization for EMIR Refit, MiFIR, SFTR, HKMA, MAS, CFTC
• Design and enhance reporting architectures, data lineage, and data quality frameworks (AI-enabled where appropriate)
• Guide implementation of regulatory reporting platforms and RegTech solutions with governance of AI-assisted outputs
• Lead strategic client relationships, proposition development, and thought leadership within Capco's Regulatory Reporting capability

Key requirements

• Extensive experience leading trade and transaction reporting transformation programs across multiple regimes
• Deep knowledge of transaction reporting regulations, controls, reconciliations, data governance, and operating models
• Strong understanding of capital markets products (OTC derivatives, listed derivatives, equities, fixed income, FX)
• Experience with reporting technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions for compliance and efficiency
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, develop client relationships, lead teams, and deliver large-scale transformations
