Senior Graphic Designer

Overview

As Senior Graphic Designer you will lead visual design for Appian’s EMEA marketing and global programs, shaping brand experiences across events, campaigns, and digital assets. You will scale the global brand system with premium execution, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into compelling design. This role offers high autonomy and direct strategic impact, influencing how Appian is perceived in the market and accelerating business growth. You’ll work on high-visibility activations that showcase enterprise-grade automation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-channel campaigns, experiential branding, and regional marketing assets
• Scale and maintain the global brand system for consistency and quality
• Architect booth graphics, event branding, presentations, and digital assets
• Collaborate with field, content, product marketing, sales, and executives to translate objectives into design
• Coordinate with external agencies and production vendors to ensure pristine execution
• Champion cohesive brand experiences and act as regional subject-matter expert for creative excellence

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related discipline
• Minimum of 7 years of experience shaping corporate brand identity and cross-functional campaigns across digital, print, and experiential media
• Proven mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with strong typography, layout, color theory, and rendering skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design for corporate events, print, interactive digital ecosystems, and brand identity systems
