Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic accounts and develop growth-focused plans
• Drive customer engagement and conduct business reviews
• Act as primary escalation point for major account issues
• Collaborate with BD Excellence/Bid Management to align strategy
• Lead cross-functional teams for solution development, negotiation, and implementation
• Track and report key account performance metrics to leadership
• Own and manage central key accounts ensuring growth and partnerships
• Develop long-term account strategy and comprehensive plans with growth initiatives

Key requirements

• Extensive experience in key account management with a track record from concept/tender to implementation
• Strong relationship-building with executive stakeholders in strategic organizations
• Proven strategic planning and account management with strong commercial acumen
• Consistent achievement of growth objectives and KPIs
• Sector expertise in identified industry and thought leadership
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive multiple opportunities concurrently
