In this role you drive the identification, acquisition and development of mixed-use schemes across SE England and London, typically 50–200+ units. You work with a regional builder network and senior stakeholders to move opportunities from sourcing through planning, delivering high-quality places. Responsibilities
source and secure profitable land deals
identify, acquire and develop mixed-use schemes (50–200+ units) across a large regional area
lead front-end development and due diligence processes
present to boards and investors to secure support and funding
navigate planning processes and manage opportunities through approval stages
build and leverage a regional network in London and Southern England to support deal flow
Key requirements
proven track record in sourcing land deals and taking opportunities through early development stages
strong commercial acumen with ability to present to board/investors
experience managing opportunities through planning and due diligence
well-developed network in London and Southern England
relevant degree or professional qualification is advantageous
ability to operate across a wide geographic area (Essex through South East and into Surrey/Sussex/Kent)
