• Manage own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Liaise with estate agents, lenders and third parties to progress matters
• Maintain accurate file records and meet deadlines
• Ensure compliance with professional requirements
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to team development
• Engage in networking and business development activities

Key requirements

• 1+ PQE
• strong technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures
• experience managing own caseload
