Responsibilities
Lead and expand the Private Client practice in Birmingham and the West Midlands
Provide strategic direction for the regional Private Client team
Advise on complex private client matters
Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and landed estates
Mentor and develop junior team members
Drive business development and raise the firm’s regional profile
Key requirements
Qualified solicitor with significant Private Client experience
Experience handling high-net-worth clients, including cross-border assets or business interests
Proven leadership in managing or growing a legal team
Commercially aware with networking and business development capability
