Responsibilities
Manage a varied caseload of complex claimant PI matters, including fatal accident claims and vulnerable-individual cases
Handle high-value, multi-track cases with independence while collaborating with senior partners
Supervise and mentor junior team members
Contribute to wider team strategy, growth, and business development initiatives
Develop and maintain client and referrer relationships
Key requirements
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 6+ PQE
Significant experience in Personal Injury, particularly fatal RTA claims
Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
Confidence in managing complex, high-value cases independently
Excellent client care and communication skills
Proven interest or track record in business development
