Practice Engagement Manager F&A

Overview

In this role you drive sales growth for F&A Transformation and outsourcing services across EMEA, partnering with experts to win new business and expand existing accounts. You act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, shaping AI-led, value-focused transformation proposals and practical adoption. You’ll engage senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional bids, and mentor junior team members to deliver high-impact F&A/GBS transformations.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with CFOs, Group controllers and GBS leaders across EMEA to secure alignment with Infosys solutions
• Serve as a trusted transformation partner for CXOs to help achieve strategic objectives
• Co-lead F&A/GBS transformation bids with Sales anchor ensuring proposal quality and competitiveness
• Participate in senior governance for transformation programs across EMEA and ensure successful delivery
• Create and deliver content for webinars and whitepapers to demonstrate Infosys thought leadership in F&A/GBS
• Champion AI-first transformation by identifying use cases and shaping value-led AI narratives in proposals
• Coach and mentor junior bid team members to develop their skills
• Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives to support unit goals

Key requirements

• Deep knowledge of the F&A/GBS transformation landscape and trends
• Ability to identify win themes and link them to proposed solutions
• Proven track record of CFO advisory services and delivering value-added outcomes
• Strong understanding of digital/AI solutions for F&A/GBS
• Effective communication with senior stakeholders and ability to influence decisions
• Ability to work with diverse, multi-cultural teams across EMEA and manage multiple tasks
