Overview

As Regional Operations Manager you will act as the regional COO, partnering with leadership to drive growth, efficiency, and trusted partner relations. You will lead cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, finance, and partner teams to accelerate outcomes and build scalable processes. A core focus is billing operations—ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant invoicing while identifying automation opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and financial management in a fast-paced, startup-like environment within a Fortune-500-backed organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional strategy with growth and efficiency goals
• Drive operational excellence with scalable processes and continuous improvement
• Lead regional business reviews, planning, and goal-setting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers and speed outcomes
• Develop reporting dashboards and insights for strategic decisions
• Champion process automation to increase velocity and reduce overhead
• Support partner development and go-to-market approaches
• Oversee end-to-end billing operations and ensure accuracy and compliance across invoicing and payments
• Manage accounts receivable health and drive faster collections
• Lead system and process design for global billing standardization and scalability
• Audit and improve billing disputes accuracy and relevance
• Maintain SLAs and partner invoicing queries handling
• Run feedback loops and implement changes while focusing on long-term goals
