Senior Product Manager

Overview

As Engineering Solutions Portfolio Manager, you will shape the functional scope and roadmaps for AVEVA’s engineering solutions. You’ll liaise with customers to capture priorities and identify value-driven improvements, while coordinating product plans and engaging subject matter experts. You drive cross-functional product development and evangelize our solutions to market. This role sits at the intersection of customer value, roadmap delivery, and strategic execution within the Engineering Portfolio team.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio solution management and roadmap definition
• Drive product development execution for incremental market value
• Engage customers to capture needs and opportunities for process improvements
• Coordinate with product plans and stakeholders/SMEs for each product
• Promote and evangelize engineering solutions and capabilities

Key requirements

• Knowledge of Process Plant EPC/OO and/or marine shipbuilding engineering and project execution practices
• Knowledge of engineering or project execution software tools (AVEVA or other vendors)
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and deliver customer value in a lean, MVP fashion
• Strategic thinking with ability to breakdown strategy into milestones
• Ability to measure success and course-correct as needed
• Cross-functional collaboration with business and development teams
