Sr Product Associate - AI Product Manager

Overview

As an AI Product Manager in the AI for Operations team, you drive strategy and lead cross-functional teams to build agentic AI pipelines that automate bank operations. You align AI capabilities with business goals, setting baselines and measuring production success. You translate business needs into actionable requirements, write PRDs, and craft compelling demos for leadership. This role sits at the intersection of product, AI development, and enterprise workflows, offering broad visibility and real impact. You help shape scalable AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making at a global bank.

Responsibilities

• Define and measure baseline business metrics for AI products and verify production performance against goals
• Create demos and prototypes using code agents; collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, and business leads to define product requirements
• Translate user and business needs into strategy and actionable requirements
• Write and own user stories and PRDs
• Contribute to team-wide and firm-wide AI presentations

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years in product management or a related technical role
• 1+ years in a company with a strong product management culture
• Experience identifying pain points and opportunities across new businesses
• Experience driving product lifecycle from idea to alignment, execution, and launch
• Familiarity with AI model architectures (LLMs) and methods (prompting, context engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, MCPs, agentic frameworks)
