Responsibilities
Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
Advise private clients, investors and lenders on a broad range of transactions
Handle freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties
Work on auctions and bridging finance matters
Provide commercially focused advice and progress matters efficiently
Collaborate with an experienced Partner to ensure high standards of service
Key requirements
Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Chartered Legal Executives with 2+ PQE or equivalent
Proven track record of independently managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
Experience with freehold and leasehold transactions
Knowledge of the Building Safety Act is advantageous
Excellent technical ability, organisational and communication skills
Experience using case management systems; mentoring or supporting junior colleagues is beneficial
