Operations Associate

Overview

In this Operations Assistant role, you support the store’s daily flow across stockroom, deliveries, and on-floor replenishment to drive store performance. You collaborate with the operations and leadership teams to keep the store running smoothly and ensure a great customer experience. You contribute to efficient stock handling, RFID-driven replenishment, and energetic, authentic service. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity to impact store operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process deliveries daily
• Replenish stock on the shop floor in collaboration with Visual Merchandising
• Manage RFID-driven replenishment as part of a small operations team
• Support the leadership team in a busy environment
• Engage with customers on the sales floor with attention to detail
