In this role you will lead end-to-end implementations of commercial lending software, enabling banks to process and monitor lending effectively. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction, translating business needs into system design. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation projects for commercial lending software solutions with successful client outcomes
Oversee software installation, configuration, data mapping, testing and client training
Perform gap analyses and gather business requirements through client workshops
Advise clients on optimal product design and configuration to meet lending needs
Manage project timelines, resources, hours, and risks using tracking tools
Collaborate with Product Management on enhancements, defects, and product improvements
Support partners in delivery under the Partner Delivery Framework, including estimates and guidance
Deliver SaaS Premium Services via configuration support, integration guidance, and minor enhancements
Provide enhanced error support by managing priority incidents in a follow-the-sun model (occasional weekend support)
Key requirements
8+ years of experience in financial software implementations within banks, software vendors, consulting firms, or system integrators
Strong functional understanding of financial instruments in banking or insurance
Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL and .Net with hands-on capability
Experience with C# and R; exposure to IIS, Web API and MVC is desirable
Ability to gather and translate business requirements via client workshops and gap analysis
Strong customer engagement skills with ability to provide consultative recommendations
Excellent collaboration across Delivery, Product Management and Technology teams
Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts with hands-on use of AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency; experience implementing AI-powered solutions and awareness of AI risk management
