Territory Manager - Joint Replacement

Overview

In this role you will own the Perth territory for Stryker’s Joint Replacement portfolio, driving growth with public and private hospitals and building credibility in the operating theatre. You will partner with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders to expand implant usage and support complex hip and knee procedures. You’ll manage pricing, tenders and pipeline while collaborating with Marketing and Clinical teams to win as one team. This is a commercially driven role with clear ownership and meaningful impact on patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets through disciplined territory planning and execution
• Build long-term relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders
• Provide expert, reliable in-theatre support across Joint Replacement procedures
• Grow usage across an implant-led portfolio
• Manage pricing, tenders, contracts, and pipeline opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to win as one team

Key requirements

• 3+ years Territory Management or B2B sales experience with a strong track record
• Commercial mindset with end-to-end territory ownership
• Confident communicator with senior clinical stakeholders
• Resilience, accountability, and drive to win
• Preferred: Medical Device / Pharma / Life Sciences experience
• Preferred: Knowledge of Australia’s public and private hospital systems
• Preferred: Confidence working in operating theatres
