Overview

In this role you will join a modern accounting firm in Gatwick as Audit Partner, with partnership offered from the outset. You will lead audit work, delivering excellent service and technical expertise to ensure efficient, high-quality audits for a diverse client base. You will drive ongoing business development and networking to support firm growth while providing technical audit support across the firm. Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee audit engagements with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with diverse clients
• Apply technical audit knowledge to complex audits and risk assessments
• Drive business development, networking, and growth opportunities for the firm
• Provide technical audit support within the firm and mentor junior staff
• Support partnership objectives and contribute to strategic firm initiatives

Key requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualification
• extensive audit experience
• ready for partnership or track toward partnership
