Senior Quantity Surveyor

Overview

As a Quantity Surveyor in a growing London practice, you will deliver cost management across commercial developments, including data centres and retail schemes. You’ll work with project leads in a collaborative environment to refine cost plans, support tendering, and monitor budgets. The role offers structured progression, international mobility, and a culture focused on inclusion and knowledge sharing. You’ll contribute to innovative delivery of projects and help drive best-practice across the team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost plans and estimates for packages under supervision
• Support production of tender documentation
• Measure drawings and produce take-offs
• Assist tendering and procurement of contractors
• Monitor costs against budgets and highlight risks/opportunities
• Support post-contract cost management including variations and reporting

Key requirements

• BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
• Strong time management and ability to prioritise deadlines
• Flexible approach to different client/project requirements
• Confident working with minimal supervision and taking ownership
