As Payments Project Manager for Quant Capital’s client, you lead client implementation projects from planning to close in a fast-paced fintech/SAAS setting. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out APIs aligned to the company’s vision. You apply a risk-based approach to planning and decision-making to ensure successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management in a globally distributed environment, with a relaxed, open culture and performance-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities
Formulate and manage project plans within budget and timeline
Lead execution across project stages, from ideation to deployment
Maintain schedule discipline and resolve derailments through effective communication
Develop and manage project budget and track financials
Assess, report and mitigate project risks throughout lifecycle
Manage client delivery relationships and align expectations with stakeholders
Communicate milestones, issues, decisions, and change controls to all parties
Coordinate with globally dispersed teams and vendors to ensure project success
Key requirements
2:1 degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics or Chemistry from a UK or EU university (Red Brick)
