Responsibilities
Manage a varied Private Client caseload (wills and estate planning, LPA, inheritance tax, estate administration, trusts and lifetime planning)
Handle Court of Protection and deputyship matters
Support elderly and vulnerable clients and cross-border estate issues when applicable
Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to team development
Work remotely with occasional travel as required
Key requirements
Solicitor (3-6 years PQE) or Chartered Legal Executive
STEP/TEP qualification desirable
Strong technical ability in Private Client
Proven track record managing own Private Client caseload
