Responsibilities

• Provide advice on a wide range of employment law issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, and whistle-blowing
• Represent clients in employment tribunal advocacy
• Manage own caseload while collaborating with the team on complex matters
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and service
• Contribute to delivering high-quality, sector-spanning employment law solutions

Key requirements

• qualified solicitor (Scotland) with 2–6 years PQE in employment law
