Senior Business Development Coordinator

Overview

In this role you drive winning bids for Arup’s Cities, Planning & Design portfolio. You’ll lead the full bid lifecycle, coordinating strategy, planning, and submission while partnering with stakeholders to produce high-quality proposals. You’ll craft compelling content and manage project collateral to deepen client understanding across sectors. Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end bid production including programmes, strategy workshops, planning sessions and reviews
• Track progress and deliverables while collaborating with stakeholders across the business
• Draft and refine bid content such as case studies and CVs
• Maintain bid libraries and project collateral
• Build strong cross-sector relationships to deepen client, market and opportunity understanding

Key requirements

• Degree in marketing, business or related field (APMP desirable)
• Experience in bid coordination/writing within UK construction or professional services
• Understanding of bid processes and governance
• High proficiency in MS Office, Teams, SharePoint; CRM experience a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail, clear written communication, ability to work under pressure
• Collaborative mindset and ability to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines
