In this role, you will design and steer end-to-end WMS architectures to be scalable, secure, and high-performing. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, driving integration and operational excellence across a global logistics landscape. You work with cross-functional teams to enable seamless data flow and continuous improvement, contributing to large-scale WMS transformations. Responsibilities
Design and deliver robust technical architecture blueprints ensuring scalability, security, and long-term system integrity
Lead integration strategies across WMS and enterprise platforms (ERP, TMS, automation) for seamless data flow and performance
Drive solution quality through governance, testing frameworks, and resolution of technical defects and system issues
Support successful system implementations, including deployment, hypercare, and continuous optimisation
Champion innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system performance, scalability, and architecture standards
Key requirements
Strong hands-on experience with WMS systems (ideally Blue Yonder) in contract logistics or 3PL
Expertise in system architecture, integrations, data models, and technical solution design
Solid understanding of warehouse operations and end-to-end supply chain processes
Experience with testing frameworks, performance optimisation, and technical problem-solving
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
