Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the membership strategy with emphasis on lifetime value and loyalty
• Build deep, personalised relationships with members and anticipate needs
• Collaborate with marketing, events and communications to deliver bespoke member experiences
• Analyse membership data to identify trends, opportunities and retention risks
• Lead and mentor a small membership team

Key requirements

• Proven experience in membership, CRM, loyalty or client relations, ideally in luxury, hospitality, private clubs or premium retail
• Naturally warm, polished communicator with meticulous attention to detail
• Commercial acumen balanced with passion for exceptional client experience
• Ability to operate with discretion and confidence at senior and UHNW level
