Consultant, Agile Transformation Lead - Enterprise Technology and Performance - Tech Consultancy - Defence & Security

Overview

In this role you will lead agile transformation initiatives across cross-functional teams, helping them adopt value-focused, collaborative ways of working. You’ll influence executive and portfoliolevel decisions to improve delivery flow and outcomes, while coaching teams and sharing learnings across the wider practice. The position sits within Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice, with a focus on security-cleared environments and enterprise-scale programs. This is a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity to shape transformation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coach cross-functional teams in applying agile principles and practices
• Lead delivery events and support self-organisation within teams
• Influence leaders and align portfolio management and risk/control processes to enable flow
• Identify and remove delivery barriers and drive continuous improvement
• Share learnings across teams and clients within the broader practice
• Foster an inclusive team culture and recognise contributors toward collective goals

Key requirements

• DV (Developed Vetting) clearance required
• Proven experience delivering transformation projects using traditional and agile methods
• Ability to translate business challenges into delivery architectures
• Experience in both mature and evolving agile teams; leadership or facilitation experience
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Kanban, Disciplined Agile and/or ICAgile; familiarity with other methods (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, XP) is beneficial
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; drive for results
• Experience developing and implementing transformation strategies
• Experience aligning initiatives to value streams with portfolio functions
