Overview

In this role you will join a regional law practice in Northampton as a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1+ PQE. You will manage a diverse caseload including landlord and tenant, development, leases, acquisitions and disposals, within a collaborative, progressive team. You’ll work to tight deadlines, delivering accurate advice and high-quality client service. Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters (landlord and tenant, development, leases, acquisitions and disposals)
• Collaborate within a progressive team and meet tight deadlines
• Provide clear and accurate legal advice to clients
• Contribute to the firm’s client service standards and teamwork
• Maintain attention to detail in all filings and communications

Key requirements

• 1+ PQE in commercial property
• 12+ months’ experience in a varied caseload of commercial property matters
