Responsibilities

Support safe and efficient production operations
Monitor production, quality, and efficiencies
Drive continuous improvement projects on productivity, reliability, safety, and quality
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to maximise plant performance
Assist with workforce planning, resource allocation, and employee development
Analyse operational data to identify improvement opportunities
Develop operating procedures and best practice standards

Key requirements

Strong foundation in manufacturing, processing, recycling, or similar industrial environment
Technical mindset with ability to quickly understand plant and processes
Strong emotional intelligence and people skills
Experience supervising or leading operational teams
Desire to build a long-term career in operations leadership
Proven continuous improvement knowledge with demonstrable improvements
Data-driven problem solving and performance management
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental best practice
Strong communication and stakeholder management
