Personal Tax Senior

Overview

In this role you will manage a portfolio of personal tax clients and deliver timely, accurate compliance work. You will also provide practical advisory support, identify planning opportunities, and liaise with HMRC on client matters. Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients with timely compliance
• Prepare and review personal tax returns, spotting issues and opportunities
• Provide advisory support and practical tax solutions to clients
• Liaise with HMRC to resolve disputes or queries on behalf of clients
• Support the team with technical knowledge and knowledge sharing
• Identify opportunities for tax planning benefiting clients
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal tax legislation and practices
• Build and maintain strong client relationships via regular communication

Key requirements

• Experience in managing personal tax compliance work within professional services
• Solid understanding of UK personal tax legislation and regulations
