Overview

Join Tide's Treasury team to safeguard liquidity and enable sustainable growth. In this role you will manage cash and liquidity, forecast short-term cash flow, and drive Treasury Management System initiatives. You will partner with banks and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant banking relationships and efficient payments. You will set up and continuously improve treasury policies and processes in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will have a meaningful impact by optimizing funds, reducing risk, and supporting scale across global operations.

Responsibilities

Cash & Liquidity management: monitor wholesale credit limits, forecast short-term cash flow, perform variance analysis, and support TMS implementation with requirements, design and testing; manage FX and short-term investments returns.
Managing relationships with partner banks: oversee KYC and account management, ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
Payments/transfers execution and collateral management: oversee payment/transfer activities, ensure accuracy and timeliness, monitor collateral positions.
Setup and maintain policies, processes, and procedures: identify improvements, keep procedural docs up-to-date with regulations and business needs.

Key requirements

Minimum of 6 years in Treasury Operations and Cash Management
Experience in financial services, preferably in payments and scale-up tech environments
Knowledge of cash-flow forecasting, flow of funds, and payment systems
Proven ability to manage BAU and complex projects
Self-starter with high attention to detail and ownership mentality
Comfortable with ambiguity and mitigating operational risk
Experience with Cash Management systems
Experience with BI tools (Looker/Power BI/Tableau) desirable
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
