Overview

As an AI Business Consultant, you help financial services clients translate AI ambitions into practical transformations. You work across business, operations, technology, risk and compliance to embed AI-enabled solutions like GPT and Copilot into operations. You’ll combine business consulting, change management and delivery with responsible, human-led AI adoption. You’ll partner with diverse stakeholders to drive scalable, safe AI-enabled outcomes that improve efficiency and innovation. This is a chance to shape AI-enabled workflows in Banking & Payments, Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, or Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver AI-enabled opportunities to improve efficiency and innovation for financial services clients
• Translate business challenges into practical AI use cases and coordinate workshops, requirements gathering, delivery and implementation
• Contribute to AI transformation initiatives across multiple financial services domains and embed AI into workflows and operating models
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, data specialists, risk and compliance teams to test, validate, and roll out AI-enabled solutions with human-in-the-loop controls
• Lead stakeholder engagement, training, and change adoption activities to scale AI responsibly and effectively

Key requirements

• Experience in financial services with SME exposure to Banking & Payments, Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management or Insurance
• Strong understanding of AI tools and AI/ML ecosystem (GPT, Copilot, NLP, generative AI) and practical AI-infused ways of working
• Experience supporting transformation programmes, product delivery, or process improvement with business analysis or project management
• Ability to translate complex concepts for stakeholders into clear, practical, commercially relevant outcomes
• Collaborative and adaptable mindset with interest in governance, risk, change aspects of AI adoption in regulated environments and responsible experimentation
