Overview

In this Financial Controller role, you’ll manage financial planning, reporting, and compliance within a not-for-profit organization. Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee budgets, forecasts and financial planning processes
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders
• Manage compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Supervise and support the finance team in daily operations
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Monitor cash flow and risk management
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights
• Lead on audits and liaise with external auditors

Key requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Experience in financial management and reporting
