QS/ SQS

Overview

In this role you will provide commercial leadership for residential design-and-build projects up to 10m, supporting a contractor on site and from the Maidenhead office. You will manage costs, payments, and variances to protect project value while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position offers local, office-based work with exposure to client and subcontractor interfaces, contributing to project delivery within a growing residential contractor context. This is an opportunity to apply your QS expertise to high-stakes, design-and-build schemes in a hands-on environment.
