Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead a varied portfolio of IT, Operations and Compliance projects, acting as the bridge between teams to ensure delivery and alignment with stakeholders. You’ll handle technology changes, operational improvements and audit activity, supporting strategic and regulatory commitments. The position offers breadth across multiple business areas with visibility to senior leadership and opportunities to shape project delivery at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT, operational and business change projects from kickoff to delivery
• Serve as the main link between IT, Operations, Compliance and other business units
• Remove blockers, chase actions, and keep workstreams on track
• Support IT deployments and system changes across the business
• Manage operational improvement projects across departments
• Coordinate audit and certification activity (e.g., ISO 9001) ensuring timely evidence and actions
• Maintain clear communication with senior stakeholders on progress, risks and decisions
• Organise and facilitate cross-functional meetings and project activity
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across processes and delivery

Key requirements

• Experience in project coordination or project management
• Ability to move projects forward and influence stakeholders to deliver outcomes
• Strong organizational skills and multi-priority management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence without formal authority
• Proactive, action-oriented with strong follow-through
• Curious and willing to challenge and improve existing processes
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
