Sr. Product/UX Designer (Remote, International)

Overview

In this Senior Product Designer role, you’ll shape B2B SaaS experiences for PulsePoint’s health-focused products. You’ll partner with product leadership and key clients to define vision, translate strategy into concepts, and deliver end-to-end UX. You will prototype rapidly with AI-assisted tools and oversee design from ideation to go-to-market, balancing user needs with business goals. This is a remote, long-term contractor role with a strong emphasis on impact, collaboration, and measurable UX outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product leadership and clients to define short- and long-term product vision and present concepts to stakeholders
• Design and optimize user journeys across the product suite and integrate features into workflows to meet business goals
• Use AI-assisted tools to build interactive prototypes that demonstrate real behavior
• Consider macro and micro interactions to improve end-to-end flows and micro interactions
• Articulate and defend design decisions balancing user and business needs
• Lead user research and translate insights into design strategies
• Own UX features end to end: define requirements, write user stories, work with Engineering and QA, participate in UAT and go-to-market
• Define, track, and analyze UX KPIs to measure feature success

Key requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer
• Proficiency with Figma and knowledge of modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React or similar)
• Experience using LLMs or AI-assisted tools to build interactive prototypes or front-end artifacts
• In-house designer experience at a product-based company
• Minimum 2 years designing B2B web-based SaaS products
• Exceptional eye for detail in visual and interaction design
• Self-directed work style with proactive problem-solving
• Strong collaboration and openness to feedback
• Willingness to work 9am-6pm ET and remote work
• Portfolio of end-to-end design projects for B2B SaaS (include link)
• Location: long-term contractor; not hiring FTEs in the U.S.
