Quantity Surveyor - MEP

Overview

In this Quantity Surveyor role, you will drive cost control across major infrastructure projects for an MEP-focused specialist. You’ll manage project budgets, forecast financial performance, and oversee payments and subcontractor accounts to keep projects on track. The position supports a growing commercial team across multiple projects and locations, with a focus on NEC3 contracts, cost analysis, and timely reporting. You will contribute to commercial reporting and ensure alignment with contracts, enabling safe, profitable project delivery. Responsibilities

• Contribute to preparation of commercial reports (CVRs, Cash flow reports, PHRs)
• Own project budgets and provide regular cost forecasts
• Manage valuations for payment applications across the project cycle
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier accounts ensuring alignment with contracts and upstream requirements
