Overview

As Creative Designer at Lendable, you will shape the visual identity for Zable and lead campaign work that drives growth. You’ll operate within a small, high-performing creative pod to scale brand visuals and performance-driven creative across channels. You’ll own brand stewardship, contribute to a major rebrand, and collaborate with product and growth teams to turn briefs into shippable concepts. This is a unique chance to influence a fintech brand during a pivotal marketing build and AI-enabled design workflow.

Responsibilities

• Scale creative output across paid channels and formats
• Create variations for testing and learning to inform performance insights
• Iterate assets based on performance data and feedback
• Maintain visual consistency and brand QA before launches
• Build and maintain design systems, templates, and asset libraries
• Collaborate with Head of Creative, growth, and product design teams
• Leverage AI tools to speed up design processes and quality
• Contribute ideas to creative direction and experimentation

Key requirements

• 4+ years as a creative or brand designer
• Portfolio showing typography, layout, and conceptual thinking
• Experience designing for performance/growth marketing (paid social, campaigns)
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency at scale
• Ability to translate briefs into shippable concepts
• Demonstrable use of AI tools in design workflow
