Overview

As a Manager in BIP’s Life Sciences Transformation Delivery you lead the integrated execution of large transformation programmes, turning strategic goals into actionable plans. You coordinate cross-functional workstreams across business, process, technology, data and change, while keeping momentum and delivering outcomes. This client-facing leadership role emphasizes structure in ambiguity, issue resolution and steady delivery beyond traditional PMO. You will shape delivery approaches within Life Sciences and help grow BIP’s transformation capability with practical, evidence-based steering. This is a hands-on role with a clear impact on client value and programme success.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day delivery of complex Life Sciences transformation programmes or major workstreams with accountability for pace, quality and outcomes
Translate objectives into integrated plans with milestones, deliverables, dependencies and ownership
Coordinate activity across business, process, technology, data and change workstreams to maintain alignment
Create structure in ambiguous environments by clarifying priorities and the critical path to delivery
Establish governance, reporting and controls for timely decision-making and delivery
Own integrated plans and manage milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and actions
Prepare decision-focused materials for steering committees and governance forums
Maintain a reliable view of programme health using evidence and insight
Identify delivery gaps and cross-workstream conflicts and drive corrective actions
Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making across teams, escalating with options and recommendations
Track outcomes and benefits to ensure alignment with the case for change
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and key sponsors
Communicate complex delivery information clearly to executive audiences
Facilitate planning sessions, governance forums and delivery workshops
Manage expectations and collaboration across client teams, BIP and partners
Manage integrated delivery of technology, data and AI-enabled transformation within Life Sciences
Connect technical delivery with changes to operating models, roles and ways of working
Ensure readiness, adoption, governance and operational transition across teams
Lead and quality-assure consultant work with clear direction and feedback
Manage consulting deliverables, scope, timelines and client expectations
Contribute to bids, proposals and account planning with delivery insight
Support growth of Life Sciences transformation capability through reusable methods, case studies and communities of practice

Key requirements

Strong Life Sciences consulting experience with hands-on delivery leadership in complex programmes
Experience delivering technology, data or AI-enabled transformation within Life Sciences
Demonstrated ability to manage integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and actions
Strong stakeholder management and governance experience with senior clients
Experience coordinating across business, process, technology, data and change workstreams
Proven track record in identifying gaps, resolving issues and driving actions beyond reporting
Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and proactively drive delivery
Experience contributing to bids, proposals or account planning
