[London] Applied AI Architect, Partnerships

Overview

In this role you will serve as a technical thought partner to Anthropic’s GTM partnerships team, focusing on GSIs/RSIs and cloud partners. You will embed with partner technical teams to enable AI practices, troubleshoot, and evangelize Anthropic in developer communities. You’ll co-create high-value GenAI solutions with partners and codify reference architectures to accelerate deployment. You will support strategic customer deals and represent Anthropic at partner events, while feeding product feedback to shape the roadmap. Responsibilities

• Act as a technical partner to the GTM partnerships team and engage with GSI and cloud partner tech teams
• Identify high-value GenAI applications with partners and develop joint solutions and reference architectures
• Provide deep technical guidance to unblock strategic customer deals where partners are the delivery vehicle
• Represent Anthropic at partner events and lead or support developer enablement sessions
• Gather and relay partner-related product feedback to inform roadmaps and strategy

Key requirements

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner TAM)
• History of successful partnerships with GSIs and/or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including executives
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and enterprise integrations
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks or a machine learning/data science background
• Collaborative, cross-organizational mindset with teaching and mentorship ethos
